DELIVERY SERVICES

We offer the following delivery options, but please note that during sale periods and promotions, delivery may take longer than usual, and our express delivery options may not be available. Orders placed during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Please note: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive on different days.

UK Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 Days)
  • Next Working Day Delivery (Mon – Thurs)

Same-Day Delivery – London

  • Place your order by 1 PM for delivery by 6 PM.
  • Delivery within a 4-mile radius of our Battersea store costs up to £15.

Call & Collect

We offer a Call & Collect service for local customers. Contact our Customer Service Team (020 8747 3597) to place your order and collect it from our Battersea store between: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 1 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Collect In Store FREE Up to 3 working days

The store will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Delivery days to store are Wednesday and Friday

 Call to Collect FREE Same Day

Call your local store to purchase by phone. Collection times 10am-3pm Tuesday -Saturday

Europe £20 6-7 Working Days 

Any duty and/or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note that due to Brexit your order may take longer to get to you.

Rest of World £25 8-9 Working Days

To track your parcel, email us your order number, and we’ll either track it for you or provide a tracking number for you to check yourself. For faster tracking updates during the holiday period, you can check your parcel’s status directly with our couriers using the links below.

International Orders & Duties

International deliveries may experience delays due to customs checks. If we are unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout or if an item is out of stock, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any duties or taxes incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, due to Brexit, your order may take longer to arrive.

Shipping Notification

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email confirmation. This serves as our acceptance of your order and completes the contract between you and us, even if, for reasons beyond our control, you do not receive the email. If we have informed you that your order has not been accepted or if you have cancelled it in accordance with our returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.
