RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and therefore, we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or credit note in compliance with our returns policy. For hassle-free returns, you can use our returns portal to download and print off your returns label at a cost of £3, which will be deducted from your overall return amount.

We ask that you notify us of any return within 14 days. You can register your intent to return an item through our online returns portal (CLICK HERE) and get your pre-addressed shipping label to print out and address your parcel. The returned items must reach us within 28 days of your original order date to qualify for a full refund.

We will offer a refund or credit note for all items that are returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in their original packaging. Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser. Earrings, underwear, and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS

  1. Access the Returns Portal – Click here to navigate to our returns portal.
  2. Enter Your Details – Provide your order number and email address.
  3. Select Your Items – Choose the items you'd like to return or exchange.
  4. Generate Your Return Label – Print your returns label or generate a QR code.
  5. Drop Off Your Parcel – Take your return to a drop-off location of your choice.

Important Information:

  • A £3 fee applies for label printing and using the returns service.
  • Returns are processed within 10 working days of reaching our warehouse.
  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and delivery costs. We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit and would advise you to retain your postal receipt. 

RETURN TO STORE

Your may also return your order to one of our London stores free of charge. To notify us of your intent to return, please navigate to our returns portal and follow the instructions above to book your return. You can then drop your return at your store of choice.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you are returning item(s) from outside the UK, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Complete the Returns Form

  • Fill in the return form included with your order, stating the reason for your return.
  • If an item is faulty, provide additional details.

Step 2: Include Required Documentation

  • If your order was placed outside the EU, return the Pro-forma invoice that came with your order.
  • Clearly indicate which item(s) you are returning and complete the returns number.
  • Mark any export documentation or address labels as "Returned Goods" to prevent additional customs charges. Failure to do so may result in these costs being passed on to you at our discretion. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Address your parcel to IRIS FASHION, C/O Torque, Wortley Moor Road, West Yorkshire, Leeds, LS12 4JH, United Kingdom.
  • Use your preferred shipping provider. We strongly recommend a trackable service, as returns are sent at the sender’s risk.
  • Once we have received your return, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds are issued for the sum paid, excluding taxes, duties, and postal costs.
